Joe Ghadami Managing Director

With business in his blood, Joe set up his first venture at the tender age of 18 manufacturing clothing for global distribution. A true entrepreneurial spirit, Joe established GB Mail in 2017 determined to create a leading mailing house capable of facilitating the power of tangible marketing through the provision of key production services. Joe oversees the smooth running of the company to ensure the most competitive, innovative and sustainable service is provided to our clients. He is not afraid of getting his hands dirty and is often on the factory floor leading from the front.

Ben Taheri Commercial Director

Ben has been in the print and mailing industry since 2008, working in web and sheet fed printers and a high volume mailing house within that time. Ben’s broad range of skills and experiences covers print, postage, mechanical and electrical engineering and everything mailing related. With his unique ‘can do and will do’ attitude, anything can be made possible when Ben is involved.

Gary Leonard-Pepin Operations Director

Gary started his journey in print and mail over 20 years ago as a Heidelberg press operator. Whilst living and breathing print from a young age Gary has gained a wealth of knowledge, technical and hands on experience in print, print finishing and all things mailing. There isn’t anything worth knowing that Gary doesn’t know about print and mail.

Trudy Marshall Business Development

Boasting over 30 years in the industry, Trudy has vast experience in all areas of the business. Completely committed and dedicated to the GB Mail cause, her main role is client acquisition and development. Clients old and new are in extremely safe hands with Trudy, who loves a challenge and makes the best sandwiches.

Gabor Turcsan Production

Gabor has been with GB Mail from inception. He studied engineering in Hungary, before coming to the UK some 15 years ago where he was introduced to the mailing industry. Since then, he has operated mailing lines and with applying his engineering skills is always able to get the very best output from the machinery.

Sylvia Andrews Handwork

Sylvia leads GB Mail’s handwork operation within production. At any one time, Sylvia can have in excess of 25 staff members in her control in order to complete those jobs that cannot be machined or require than personal touch.

Iuliana Popescu Storage & Fulfilment

Iuliana heads up the fulfilment department, taking care of its day to day running and our online portal. Onboarding and assisting clients throughout the storage & fulfilment process, from receiving stock to creating listings and also the storing and despatching of orders. Iuliana is responsible for ensuring orders are fulfilled to strict accordance to GB Mails high standards and client SLA’s.

Calvin Lawton Engineer

Calvin has operated and maintained mailing machinery for over 24 years on the very site that GB Mail occupy today. His technical and engineering knowhow is second to none, and there isn’t much about mailing machines that this man does not know or could not figure out. Armed with his cable ties and brown tape Calvin is always on hand to keep us running whatever that may take.

Peter Bridger Operations

Peter leads our production operation on the shop floor. With his vast knowledge of mailing machines and extensive engineering abilities Peter is the man that ensures the ship is sailing in the right direction at all times. Working to exceptionally tight deadlines, Peter plays an integral role of planning production, staff, warehousing, goods in and out and most importantly getting jobs completed on time and in full.

Lee Owen Data Bureau

Lee joined GB Mail in 2018 following a career in the industry spanning some 16 years and he heads up the Bureau Services team at GB Mail working on projects of all sizes and degrees of difficulty. Lee is fluent in C++, scripting and automation and an industry trained super user of Cygnus, GMC Inspire and PrintShop Mail. One of Lee’s many valuable skills is being able to translate the technical stuff to colleagues and clients and more importantly interpret their requirements and turn it all into reality or csv’s and pdf’s in his case. If Lee gets too technical, we simply turn him off and back on again.
